Shipping policy

All orders from Boop & Scoot are shipped free of charge to destinations worldwide — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeframes
We ship using standard delivery, so please allow the following timeframes from the date of dispatch: 

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear due to international transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or other factors outside our control. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or global logistics disruptions.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Split Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers, items in your order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
